How the current Motus Rancher Android playtest handles information.
Who operates Motus
Motus Rancher is operated by Raizal Pregnanta, an individual based in Indonesia, under the Motusaga brand. For support and privacy requests, contact support@motusaga.com.
Information used by the game

| Account and recovery identifiers | A random installation identifier is used to sign into Nakama. The service holds account identifiers and authentication information. A recovery code can provide access on another device. Account connection can start before you enable Cloud Save. |
| Fitness and body information | With Android Health Connect permission, supported activity, sleep, exercise, heart-rate, oxygen and body-composition information is processed on your device for progression. Height may be entered directly. Raw provider records are not included in the cloud-save upload path. |
| Cloud saves | When enabled, saves include monsters, names, progression, credited activity identifiers, fitness summaries, journal information, height/body metrics and city tower progress. Saves may upload automatically after local changes. Precise GPS fixes are excluded from this backup path. |
| Online gameplay | The server stores coins, inventory, transaction/reward records, monster battle profiles, boss participation and city tower performance. Online gameplay is separate from cloud-save opt-in. |

Service providers and international handling
The game backend is hosted with OVHcloud in Canada. Other recipients include the map service OpenFreeMap, configured analytics/crash providers, website hosting and email providers. Their processing locations may differ from the game server. The default PostHog endpoint is in the EU; actual release settings, processor agreements and applicable international-transfer arrangements must be confirmed before final publication.
What other players can see
City tower results can expose your player identifier and performance in that city. Shared boss state is visible to participants. A Trainer Card you share can reveal considerably more information. Private cloud snapshots are held in server-restricted storage rather than published as player profiles.
Planned cosmetic purchases
Optional one-time cosmetic purchases are planned. When introduced, the store and game service will process purchase identifiers, verification information and cosmetic entitlement records to deliver purchases, support restoration and handle refunds. The final data fields, providers and retention periods will be documented before paid products launch. No subscription or recurring-payment processing is planned.
Discord community
You can optionally follow game information and talk with the developer in our Discord community. Following this link takes you to Discord, which handles your account and activity under its own policies. Messages in community channels may be visible to other members. Use our support email for private account or deletion requests.
Your choices
- Manage health, location and camera access in Android settings; dependent features may stop working when access is denied.
- Keep Cloud Save disabled or delete cloud backups through its controls.
- Change optional analytics consent in Help. Opting out is distinct from asking to delete previously collected events.
- Request access, correction or deletion through support@motusaga.com. Available rights and verification requirements depend on applicable law.

Retention and security
The cloud-save manifest retains the newest five revisions. This count is not a time limit for all data. Account records, shared rankings, support emails, diagnostics, logs and infrastructure backups require separate retention arrangements. Those periods and deletion procedures must be finalized before public release.
Native credentials use secure device storage, and server operations require authenticated access. Integrity checks protect backup transfers. These controls do not mean that server-held saves are end-to-end encrypted.
Age eligibility
Motus Rancher is intended for ages 13 and older. Where local law requires parental authorization for an eligible teenager, that requirement still applies. The age/consent flow is under review. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information.

We will date revised notices and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required for material changes. Contact support@motusaga.com with privacy questions. This draft must not be used to claim that all release privacy requirements have been met.
