The rules for participating in the Motus Rancher playtest.

Operator and eligibility

Motus Rancher is operated by Raizal Pregnanta, an individual based in Indonesia, under the Motusaga brand. Contact support@motusaga.com. The intended minimum age is 13. If local law requires a parent or guardian to authorize your participation, obtain that authorization.

The playtest

The Android build is in development. Features, availability, balancing and progression rules can change. Keep your recovery code safe and check your cloud backups. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or recovery of a save that was never backed up.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping recovery codes and authentication information private. Do not buy, sell or share access to another person's account. A recovery code provides account access; it does not replace a cloud backup of local monster progress.

Fair play and acceptable use

Do not falsify activity, exploit defects to obtain rewards, interfere with the service, access another person's data, or use the game to harass others. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately through support. We may restrict abusive activity or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect players and the service; contact support to ask for review.

Fitness and outdoor safety

Motus is entertainment, not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment or personalized training program. Exercise within your abilities, rest when needed, and seek qualified guidance where appropriate. Pay attention to your surroundings, obey local rules, do not trespass, and never interact with the game while driving.

Game content and virtual items

The game and its original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You receive permission to use the game for personal play, subject to these terms. Virtual items are game features, not ownership of an underlying asset or a promise of cash value. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Planned cosmetic purchases

We plan to offer optional, one-time in-app purchases for cosmetics. These change appearance and do not grant permanent stats or gameplay advantages. No subscriptions or recurring billing are planned. Cosmetic purchases are not announced as available in this playtest.

Before purchase, the store offer will show the price and what you receive. Purchase restoration and account requirements will be explained when purchases become available. Store refund processes and mandatory consumer rights apply; account deletion is not a refund request.

Privacy and shared information

See the Privacy Policy draft for account, fitness, location and cloud-save practices. Share Trainer Cards only when you are comfortable revealing what they display. Optional sensitive-data permissions are not granted merely by accepting these terms.

Ending participation

You can stop playing and request account deletion. Some information may be retained where required by law or for a documented necessary purpose, as explained in the finalized privacy notice.

Disputes, updates and contact

Contact support@motusaga.com first so we can try to resolve a problem. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain available. Governing-law and dispute provisions require review for the Indonesian operator and intended markets before final publication; no forced arbitration or blanket liability waiver is introduced by this draft.

Material updates will be dated and communicated where required. These draft terms are not a substitute for that notice or an in-app acceptance flow.
